An Extension and general Refurbishment in Theydon Bois, Essex. On this project, we completed a 4m rear Ground Floor Extension with complex structural alterations to the existing house to create a complete open plan living space with a seamless finish. All steelwork and structure was concealed from sight, enabling the space to feel like one. A modern & contemporary finish was achieved throughout, and large Sliding Doors out to the rear allowing plenty of light to enter into the space. This property also featured 'Leutron' home automation - allowing areas of the property to be smart compatible where lighting, heating, and audio can be controlled via smartphones or a central tablet. This system was also linked to the external lighting both front and rear, giving the client flexibility to control lighting whilst not at the premises.
